In this role, you will use your culinary training and technical expertise to produce consistent bakery products used by our Production team (fillings, cake layers, cupcakes, icings, cookies, and pastry components). Your culinary skills will ensure each component not only looks exceptional, but also meets high standards of food safety and quality. Responsibilities - Accurately measure and scale ingredients according to recipe specifications (including adjusting recipe scale/yields as needed) - Safely operate and maintain essential bakery equipment - Produce consistent bakery products with efficiency and attention to detail - Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols Skills - Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices within a commercial kitchen or bakery setting - Able to lift 50 lbs and remain standing for extended periods of time - Flexible schedule - Exhibits strong core values: willing to go the extra mile, make the next person successful, generate positive energy, and act with reputation in mind.
