At least 1 year of bartending experience is preferred At least 1 year of spirit and wine knowledge highly preferred Valid Bartending License required within first 90 days of employment Responsibilities are as follows, but not limited to: Preparation for service at the beginning of each day; garnishes, syrups, tools, etc. Restocking wines, beer, spirits as needed Providing guests with recommendations and good service Handling cash and non-cash transactions Maintaining the cleanliness of the bar and surrounding areas Benefits: Along with being a Marcus Hotels & Resorts associate, you will receive amazing benefits!
