Position Summary: - This position will provide support to the Sales Directors of an expanding established distribution network encompassing a variety of diversified networks. This position is primarily responsible for assisting Management in planning, directing and communicating -sales travel priorities and schedules. This position will be directly interacting with all sales managers and will be involved with cross-departmental activities and planning. The Sales Support Coordinator will be responsible for insuring all sales managers are prepared for sales trips with up-to-date account sales activity information, as well as informed of all sales managers travel itineraries. This position will report to the Sales Directors within the Organization. - Position Responsibilities: - Assist in the planning and coordination of sales travel, including account itineraries for Sales Directors, National Account Managers, Sales Representatives, other sales staff and customers, as needed with the direction from Sales Directors. Assist in the development of distribution of all current and new account quote pricing updates, along with Pricing Coordinator. Responsible for insuring quote updates and new quotes are accurate and disseminated to the customer, appropriate sales manager, national account manager or sales rep. Attends key Corporate Meetings and communicates updates and relevant information to the Sales Team Review all sales call reports for weekly updates and strategies-send questions or reminders team for action plans Coordinates the information gathering and assists in the development of Franchise Distributor Monthly Reports-responsible for assigning Monthly Report delivery Engaged in developing Jobsite-Specific Quotes and facilitating there delivery to the Customer and Sales Manager Coordinate information gathering for the Sales Dept contribution to the Garland End-of-Month Report Work with Sales Team to establish Trade Show calendar, contact lists and coordinate pre and post show promotional activities Lead efforts of the Sales Team utilization of Salesforce CRM and Sales Planning Tool Coordinate and Communicate activities of Manufacturer Representatives to Sales Management and enter notes into Salesforce Complete customer credit requests from pricing adjustments, returned goods agreements, or unsold inventory Attend various Trade Shows, Customer Events and special functions as requested-scheduled overnight travel may be required Perform special projects and other related duties as assigned - Requirements: - Minimum Associate Degree, Bachelor Degree in a business or technical discipline or equivalent experience in a related field preferred At least Four years business experience preferred Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills Effective time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and assignments simultaneously Enjoy working in a fast-paced and fluid business environment Experience with Salesforce CRM, along with proficiency using MS Office Tools, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook strongly preferred Flexibility for travel up to 25% A valid driver's license and good driving record required Ability to use a personal credit card for travel expenses with Corporate reimbursement program An Upbeat, Positive and Team Attitude is required EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER: Surface Shields is an equal opportunity employer.
