PAND - Sales Ops Specialist-2 - Sales Operations SpecialistWhat You'll Do:

Based at our Tinley Park, Illinois, World Headquarters, your first mission as Panduit's Sales Operations Specialist will be to conduct analysis, provide actionable insights, and make recommendations to maximize the customer experience. You'll work cross-functionally with customers, sales, pricing, and sales operations teams to create efficient reporting tools to reflect KPMs and update dashboards. Using your valuable insights, you will work with the sales operations team to deliver reports, key metrics, dashboards, and performance scorecards as required to meet business needs. You will touch many different aspects of the business in this role as you use your excellent written and verbal communication skills to improve our processes. Many of your daily tasks will require email interaction, so polished phone and email customer service etiquette will be important.

What You'll Bring:

Self-starters who can succeed with minimal direction and who demonstrate the ability and tendency to optimize and automate processes will be successful in this role. Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Outlook, are needed. Any experience with Business Objects, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus. Your ability to use rigorous logic to problem-solve will help you hit the ground running as you look beyond the obvious and don't stop at the first answers. Also required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business or related field
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in compiling, calculating and analyzing numbers
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis
