You play a key role in helping customers understand the value of our membership plans while ensuring every visit feels welcoming, smooth, and positive. What Youll Do Deliver an outstanding customer experience by greeting guests warmly, maintaining a positive attitude, and inviting them back Educate customers on wash options and membership benefits Engage with customers on-site by answering questions and offering assistance Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly membership sales goals Share ideas and best practices that help improve membership performance Handle cash and register transactions accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and professional site Complete side work, housekeeping tasks, and other duties as assigned Work as part of a team that values collaboration and positivity Follow all safety policies and procedures Perform basic to intermediate technology-related tasks as needed Who Were Looking For You may be a great fit if you: Bring a positive, professional attitude every day Enjoy talking with customers and building connections Are competitive, goal-driven, and motivated to improve Communicate clearly and confidently Thrive in a fast-paced environment Are dependable and team-oriented Are eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges Treat coworkers and customers with respect at all times Position Requirements Must be at least 18 years old (students are welcome) Sales experience preferred but not required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs individually and assist with heavier items (100 lbs) as a team Ability to stand and work on your feet for up to 8 hours Ability to kneel, crouch, or work in tight spaces Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed Pay & Perks $15/hour, based on experience Competitive sales commissions Performance-based bonus opportunities Opportunity to grow with a company that truly values its people
