The Sales Manager's essential duties will be as follows. - Oversee daily sales operations for new and pre-owned departments - Monitor the salesperson's productivity and performance - Appraise used vehicles - Purchase used vehicles from the auction - Order new vehicles from the factory - Arrange Dealer trades with other Toyota Dealerships - Assist Sale people with the sale of a vehicle and closing of the deal - Knowledge the incentives on the new car models - Apply for the incentives - Communicate professionally with other departments - Ability to balance volume, gross profit, and CSI objectives - Attend Sales Manager meetings weekly - Assist with overseeing the valets - Help with the F & I department - Hire and train sales staff - Other tasks as assigned Qualifications - Previous experience as a Sales Manager in an Automotive Dealership - Used Car Manager a plus - Knowledge of F&I a plus - Strong leadership qualities - Ability to appraise cars is preferred but not required - Must be able to communicate well with coworkers - Strong knowledge of CRM system, digital retail tools, and inventory management Benefits - Blue Cross Blue Shield for Health insurance - Principle for Dental and Vision - 401k with match - Paid holidays - Paid vacation - A stable work environment We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
