They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team in Chicago Heights, IL.   • Client Engagement:
    • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the sheet metal fabrication, stamping, and tooling sector.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and recommend customized solutions.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
    • Technical Expertise:
      • Possess in-depth knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes, stamping techniques, and tooling applications.
      • Interpret technical specifications and blueprints to provide accurate and comprehensive product information to clients.
      • Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor offerings.
      • Sales Strategy and Execution:
        • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.
        • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our capabilities and value proposition.
        • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and production, to ensure seamless project execution.
        • Quoting and Proposal Development:
          • Generate accurate and competitive quotes based on client specifications and project requirements.
          • Create detailed proposals that outline the technical aspects, timelines, and pricing of proposed solutions. Profile
            • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
            • Proven experience in technical sales, preferably within the sheet metal fabrication, stamping, or tooling industry.
            • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and quality standards.
            • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
            • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Job Offer
              • $80,000 - $100,000 base salary
