Our family-owned work culture creates an excellent work life balance. Summary As a Sales Trainer you will provide trainings, mentorship, and support services. They will train and educate incoming and current account managers. The sales trainer will assist the Director of Learning and Development with leading sales training presentations and exercises. They will work one on one with Account Managers during the first 90 days and provide coaching and feedback. Ultimately, this position will help increase overall performance of our sales teams and ensure they have the skills and resources to achieve their goals.Job Duties Conducts orientation with new sales hires Trains on sales process, provides resources and assistance, and schedules ride-alongs with senior representatives.Schedule sales training events for individuals and teamsEvaluate and grade new sales hiresWork with sales directors on development plans for Account Managers Conduct one on one with new sales hiresContribute to the team's success by demonstrating cooperation and collaboration while participating in a team environment Support trainees during field work and client drop ins Collaborate with Director of Learning and Development in developing training plans and educational workshops Monitor employee sales training attendance and progressReport on impact of training programsAssist with other tasks and responsibilities as needed in department Requirements3 years of relevant experience including designing, developing, and delivering educational sessions; project management skills; experience assisting in developing and/or knowledge of critical indicatorsPrevious sales training experience Advanced customer service and time management skills Great organizational and interpersonal skills Outstanding coaching skills Ability to apply basic instructional techniques and methods in the preparation and conduct of training sessionsAbility to apply this knowledge in the development of effective training programs in a variety of public settingsAbility to develop and maintain effective working relationships with associates, supervisors, managers, employees, and the publicValid driver's licenseAbility to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
