Job DescriptionThis position will represent the company in the field, selling and delivering products and services. Ensure all customers (and prospective customers) have a high-quality customer service experience. Meet all sales goals and be able to generate new leads to solicit new business and build our client base.Essential Responsibilities

  • Selling products and services (i.e., batteries and related items, lighting products, key cutting and programming, and recycling service, etc.).
  • Generate and qualify new leads through store referrals, scheduled appointments, Salesforce, Click2Sell and cold calling.
  • Meet with decision makers to establish and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Establish new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers by providing outstanding customer service and build and maintain customer rapport.
  • Primary contact for customer questions or concerns, must be able to seek knowledge and provide solutions.
  • Help manage accurate inventory; conduct consistent physical inventories and communicate with multiple stores within route area for possible inventory transfers requirements.
  • Operate sales register to complete sales transactions with accuracy.
  • Meet deadlines and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Follow all safety rules and regulations; wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
