This Store Manager role in Lombard is a key leadership position for a proven operator who knows how to lead teams, drive results, and maintain a best-in-class customer experience. Role Overview The Store Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the shop, including team leadership, customer satisfaction, financial results, and daily operations. This role requires a balance of people leadership, accountability, and business acumen. You will work closely with service leadership and technicians to ensure the shop runs efficiently, profitably, and in alignment with company standards.
