  • Annual incentive based on company and individual performanceWhat We Are Looking ForThis position is key in the effective administration of regional Compensation and Benefit programs, with the focus on assisting management with building and delivering strong and effective Compensation and Benefit programs and services in partnership with the groups served.What You Will Do
    • Support the delivery of legally compliant, cost effective and appropriate health & welfare and retirement programs for US employees. Coordinate with administrators and insurance carriers and monitor their process and service delivery towards program efficacy; including claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment and communicating benefit information to employees.
    • Work with HR team members to ensure coordination of all benefits and respond to cases opened by employees. Assist with annual benefits open enrollment process, including partnering with vendors, developing employee communications, and testing of the web-based enrollment system, developing and delivering open enrollment presentations. Gather data needed for all benefit plan audits.
    • Ensure integrity of enrollment data for vendor feeds and change reports. Prepare reports and cost breakdowns for monthly benefit billing.
    • Support the compensation function through analysis, administration of policies and programs, reporting, communication, job evaluations, and survey participation. Advise HR and/or Business in relation to compensation philosophy, guidelines, practices and requirements.
    • Support the administration of international assignments and local relocations.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of compensation and benefit laws. Educate and advise HR staff on various laws and regulations including: FLSA, Affordable Care Act, ERISA, FMLA, HIPAA and COBRA as well as government mandated disclosures.What You Will Bring Required Degree: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or univ- UniversityCertificate(s): CEBS certification (or some coursework) a plus/CCP certification (or some coursework) a plus
      • 2-5 years progressive compensation and benefits experience
      • Experience with HRIS (Workday a plus)
      • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
      • Good working knowledge and familiarity with Word and PowerPoint.
      • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in order to collaborate effectively with and establish a rapport with all levels of management and employees
      • Knowledge of ERISA/DOL/IRS compliance as it related to employee benefit plans
      • Strong project management skills and experience leading multi-functional projects
      • Must be proficient with HRIS systems and MS Office (Workday a plus)
      • Ability to take initiative and work with limited supervision
      • Ability to maintain integrity and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer service to our employees
