Payroll Supervisor

A Bachelor---s Degree is required and five or more years of payroll experience. --ADP experience is a BIG PLUS, as well as a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification. Previous supervisory experience is also preferred.Some additional duties of this key role at Panduit are:

• Canada Payroll and T4---s
• International Payroll
• Quarter and Year-End Processing (W-2's)
• Excel --- VLOOKUP and Pivot tables.
• ADP Report Writing
• GL Mapping
• Multi-State Taxation--
• ADP E-Time
• Implementation Experience

Located in Tinley Park, IL, Panduit is searching for a rising star to make an immediate impact leading and managing the payroll department. --As our Payroll Supervisor, your mission will include providing functional support of the payroll system and related interfaces with HR, Accounting and Profit Sharing to ensure maximum efficiency of the payroll processes and accuracy of the payroll data.A unique combination of skills will be the foundation for your success in this role, including--exceptional problem-solving skills and comprehensive knowledge of payroll systems and related interface processing. You will use your analytical ability to evaluate system errors, recommend an action plan and coordinate the set-up of system testing all the way through to the final acceptance of the testing results. Calling on your strong payroll background you---ll easily understand the HR/Payroll link, HR benefits, programs and policies and their impact on payroll processing.
