Are Looking ForThe Staff Internal Auditor will support the
performance of a wide variety of audits by evaluating the design of
internal controls and testing the operating effectiveness of these
controls to ensure key risks are mitigated to an acceptable level
and operations are effective and efficient.What You Will Do
- Execute audit fieldwork under supervision of a Senior Auditor,
including completion of audit work programs through management
interviews, process narratives, control evaluations, and testing
key controls
- Maintain organized and clear documentation of work
performed
- Support the scoping of audits, including the development of
audit work programs
- Assist in preparation of audit findings, including
recommendations for improvement and the sharing of best
practices
- Contribute to the marketing of the IAS team's objectives and
successes, including participating in continuous improvement
initiatives to enhance department processes
- Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with
peers and internal customersWhat You Will Bring
- Required Degree: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or
related field
- 1-3 years of internal/external auditing experience with basic
knowledge of commonly used concepts of internal audit methodologies
and approaches
- Data analytics and/or IT audit skills are also a plus
- Certified Internal Auditor within 12 months of hire (if not
already attained)
- An aspiration to see your ideas and recommendations translate
into improvements in department and company processes and
operations
- Able to travel up to 25% domestically and internationallyWe
