  • This opportunity is available in a hybrid model with 50% remote work and up to 60% travel.What We Are Looking ForThis role will drive the LEAN Six Sigma process across the company in support of company goals, enterprise wide, acting as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) of the DMAIC/LEAN methodologies. Provide direction and support to process owners to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of all aspects of a total system solution (lean and predictable value streams). Perform analysis to find root cause solutions to problems, addressing the vital few from top down (using dedicated resources), implement solutions, and verify solutions are effective. Serve as a catalyst for driving change within the organization, which results in improved customer satisfaction and increased productivity/cost reduction. Interact with senior business executives to drive measurable change.What You Will Do
    • Six Sigma and LEAN Leadership: Work with senior business executives and various departments to set improvement priorities/strategies and drive the Company's top advanced complex, multifunctional and high-value improvement opportunities of medium to high technical complexity. Support manufacturing and supply chain strategic objectives by facilitating project identification activities to develop a project pipeline. Lead/support LEAN Kaizen events and document projects' success stories and savings and promote best practice sharing.
    • Global Training and Coaching: As a role model in LEAN Six Sigma culture, develop the Company's site Continuous Improvement (CI) staff, Six Sigma process champions, Black Belts and Green Belts in project management, problem solving, and all other associated skills required for continued success of projects and the LEAN Six Sigma program. Ensure the global use of world-class improvement tools, methodologies, and processes and enable the logical and systemic conversion of stakeholder requirements into total system solutions (value streams). This includes DMAIC/LEAN, Change Acceleration Process (CAP) change management, and data-based statistical analysis/assessments.
    • Six Sigma Strategy and Evaluation: Be a LEAN Six Sigma change agent for the Company. In alignment with the OPEX Strategy, communicate a compelling process improvement (PI) vision and own driving change amongst multi-discipline teams at all levels in the company and increase commitment and acceptance of PI as a way of life (improve Process Improvement Culture)What You Will Bring
      • Required Degree: BS or BA in Engineering or comparable technical field required. Financial knowledge required.
      • Preferred Degree: Master's degree preferred (MBA).
      • Preferred Certificate(s):
        • Black Belt certification required (ASQ or Panduit Black Belt Certification)
        • DMAIC Master Black belt certification
        • Minimum of 7 years' experience LEAN Six Sigma as a trained Back Belt. Ideally has mentored a minimum of 10 green belts and 1-3 Black Belts on various projects and participated/led a minimum of 25 Kaizen Events.
        • Work independently on projects of medium to high technical complexity. Former experience with staff management a plus.
        • Must be able to deliver training in Process Improvement related topics (e.g., CAP, DMAIC, LEAN consisting of Value Stream Mapping, Visual Management, Standard Work, Quick Changeover, TPM, Material Replenishment and Flow, process mapping, statistics, SPC, problem solving).We thank all those interested in joining the Panduit team; however only those that complete the online application and meet the minimum job qualifications will be considered for this role.Panduit is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
