As an Applications Specialist, you will play a critical role supporting various teams within the IT department, national offices and divisions with procurement demands, invoice management, asset tracking and reporting. Resolving or escalating tickets through ServiceNow will be a critical function of this position. The ideal candidate for this role will be a strong communicator and have great organization skills.
