ForThe Manager, Partner Programs will be a strong people manager
and leader to be responsible for the management and operations of
the Panduit One partner programs, promotions, and operations You
will lead and grow our partner programs to meet business unit
objectives, increase market share, and optimize the program
experience for our partners. You will also define and instill
governance criteria across all aspects of partner programs. What
You Will Do
- The Manager, Partner Programs defines, develops, and revises
applications, systems, and processes to achieve measurable partner
sales acceleration and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain a 5-year strategy for channel partner
programs
- Evaluate all partner facing processes, systems, and tools to
ensure capability and performance within the new operating
model.
- Ensure the functionality, effectiveness, and enhancements of
the Partner Relationship Management (PRM) Portal and LMS systems
meet program objectives.
- Lead the global partner operations, partner programs and
promotions, ensuring successful operationalization and execution of
programs and initiatives.
- Strong analytic and reporting skills to report to senior
leadership on the performance of partner community, ensure all
programs and promotions are measurable and achieve sales
acceleration, market share gain, and return on capital
employed.
- Manage the partner operations program utilization and rebate
managementWhat You Will Bring
- A bachelor's degree in business or another related field
- Demonstrated people management and team leadership success
- 8 years' experience in the commercial setting and/or strong
experience with contractor partner programsTRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
