Job Description:

Looking for a currently Remote Customer Service Representative with Logistics / Trucking experience!Description:-Fielding phone calls from transportation specialist and customers -Will be handling a ton of problem resolution-Tracking shipments and getting updates on shipments-Will be doing tons of customer support type conversation, putting out fires-Handling as many as 30 phone calls per shift-Coordinating shipments where needed-Utilizing internal software system along with MS Suite for data entry-Confirming and processing electronic billing-They will be working off a variety of SOP's The hours are 8-5 but candidates must be ok with working an extra hours or 2 each day at most. There also may be some occasional hours on a Saturday. Hours:Monday-Friday 8am-5pmTop Skills Details:-3+ Years experience working as a logistics specialist in some capacity (Logistics/transportation coordinator/specialist)-Intermodal experience is a must to start off with. Will send people who do not have intermodal but intermodal will get them the job-Extremely reliable along with great written and verbal communication-Comfortable handling phone calls-Experience with MS Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Additional Skills & Qualifications:Must Have:-Transportation background, preferably trucking -Extremely reliable along with great written and verbal communication-Comfortable handling phone calls-Ability to work alone and on nights-Experience with MS Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) About Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
