Product Support Specialist

As our Product Support Specialist, located in Tinley Park, Illinois, your primary mission is to deliver--expert--solutions to internal and external customers on the entire line--of--Panduit products and solutions. We will rely on you to act as the internal Panduit customer advocate coordinating across all functional units to quickly resolve specific customer requests and needs, both stated and implied.-- The goal of this role is to provide transparency to customers on their product-related inquiries and preemptive solutions delivering a frictionless customer experience. You are a--subject matter expert on all things--network and electrical infrastructure. Fundamental knowledge of telecommunications structured cabling or electrical infrastructure requirements and practices are critical for success in this position.--Using your--highly effective communication skills and attention to detail, you will build an excellent working rapport as you communicate, in a pre-sales context, the technical features and benefits of Panduit products and solutions to our customers, resulting in superior customer satisfaction and--retention.--Your expertise in Panduit products and solutions along with your exceptional customer service--skills will ensure a quick resolution of all customer issues.--This exciting role will allow you to leverage your cross-functional communication skills, as--you will interact with distributors, sales, product management, and also be the escalation for our customer experience advocates. • Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field
• 2 - 4--years of customer service or product support experience
