TECHNICIAN: Summary: iCONN Systems, LLC is a manufacturer of

experience, in excess of 100 years, to the benefit of our

specific applications, backed by superior customer service.
Position Summary: Molding / Maintenance: This position requires a
mechanical background using various Hand / Power tools, to perform
set up and maintain of Arburg / Pyramid molding machines and
auxiliary equipment. This position could include other areas of
maintenance and cleaning/housekeeping. You must follow all safety
standards. This is a full-time position (8 hours a day) with
mandatory overtime when needed. Some English is required; bilingual
would be a plus. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Work in
a fast-paced environment, self-motivated, with good communication
skills. 2. Inspection of molds/machines/equipment. 3. Grease and
oil equipment/ complete filter changes/replace broken components as
needed 4. Remove molds/set -up and install 5. Cleaning/trouble
shoot/preventive maintenance on molding machines and equipment. 6.
Work in a safe manner and keep work area clean while working with
the Molding and Maintenance departments to address any needs of
ICONN systems. 7. Documentation of all duties and responsibilities.
Complete P.M.’s on tools, machines, auxiliary equipment and
building. Key Qualifications 1. Communication, able to write-
thoughts and ideas 2. Working in manufacturing environment, getting
dirty 3. Able to use all hand, electric, pneumatic tools, measuring
equipment. Understanding safety rules associated with each. 4. Work
with high temperature / high voltage equipment 5. Work towards
company goals for Preventive Maintenance Procedures - in a timely
