Job Description Job Description Job description: Position Summary The Lead supports the Supervisor in managing daily departmental operations and leads the team in the Supervisor’s absence. This role ensures productivity, efficiency, safety, and compliance in a fast-paced warehouse/manufacturing environment. Pay: $20 Hourly Hours: 9 AM - 5:30 PM Key Responsibilities - Monitor, assign, and oversee daily work for team members - Lead daily operations and complete end-of-shift reports - Follow up on operational issues and resolve as needed - Collaborate with local teams to identify process improvements - Track and report daily efficiency and performance metrics - Maintain compliance with safety, hygiene, and company policies - Adhere to and promote the 7S Program and guidelines - Work overtime, weekends, and flexible shifts as required (especially during Q4) - Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills - High School Diploma or equivalent required - Experience in SAP and/or WMS environments preferred - Strong computer literacy - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven leadership, organizational, and analytical abilities - Reliable, dependable team player with strong accountability Physical Requirements & Work Environment - Ability to stand and walk for extended periods - Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs - Warehouse dock and office manufacturing environment - Occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions - Moderate to loud noise levels Security & Compliance Responsibilities - Adhere to all information security policies and company procedures - Protect company assets, systems, and confidential information - Report suspected security incidents or vulnerabilities promptly - Handle personal, client, and business data in compliance with data protection laws and company policies Labor Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
