Job Description Job Description 70,000 - 90,000 Benefits MDV 401k paid time off / paid holidays Responsibilities Monitor and enforce DOT, FMCSA, and company safety policies. Conduct new?hire and ongoing safety training for drivers and transportation staff. Oversee accident investigations, documentation, and corrective action plans. Perform regular safety audits, inspections, and compliance reviews. Manage driver qualification files and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Track and report safety metrics, violations, and trends to leadership. Coordinate random drug and alcohol testing as required. CDL is required.
