associate to join their Corporate practice group in any of their
offices located in the United States. The ideal candidate must have
3-6 years of experience in corporate law, with particular
experience in mergers & acquisitions and other general corporate
and commercial matters. Candidates with specific expertise in
strategic transactions (including, mergers and acquisitions,
investments and joint ventures), as well as general corporate and
corporate governance experience. The candidate must have experience
leading due diligence teams, managing specialists and drafting
transaction documents. The successful candidate will also have
excellent writing skills, superior academics, and the ability to
manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision.
