Job Description Job Description Real Estate Associate Attorney – Dallas, Houston, Miami, Milwaukee, Orlando, or Tampa Direct Counsel is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney with 3–5 years of commercial real estate experience to join a top-tier national real estate practice. Ideal candidates will have experience with commercial real estate and financing transactions, including mixed-use, office, multi-family, retail, hotel, and resort properties. Experience drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, easements, CC&Rs, development agreements, and property management agreements is required. Experience in real estate development and joint ventures is a plus. Responsibilities Advise clients on commercial real estate and financing transactions Draft and negotiate transactional documents and agreements Collaborate with partners and clients on real estate projects Manage multiple matters efficiently and provide practical solutions Requirements JD from an ABA-approved law school Active bar membership in the relevant state(s) of practice (timely admission considered) 3–5 years of experience in commercial real estate law Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a team-oriented, client-focused environment Additional Information Expected salary range: $260,000–$350,000 (dependent on experience and skills) Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), disability and life insurance, adoption assistance, and backup care Required application materials: resume, law school transcript, and cover letter indicating office preference
