You will earn respect from our Agile teams as you roll up your sleeves to get the job done and facilitate discussion, meetings, and teamwork with developers, technical architects, and business stakeholders. As a servant leader and coach, you will educate and lead the team in applying Agile / Scrum concepts and principles and staying focused on quality, predictability, flow and velocity of development. You will bring transparency to the business team about development; growing trust, while demonstrating your commitment to the deliverables of the business teams. You will support the Product Owner, find and eliminate impediments, actively address issues, and build a high-performing, continuous improvement team environment. You are a coach and mentor who fosters communication and growth for your teams and product domains. Your business acumen will enable effective communication with Channel Business, Digital, and Customer 360 Teams as you work on projects such as CRM Telephony Integration, Configure-Price-Quote, and Global Named Accounts Visibility Enablement.
What You'll Bring:
- Knowledge of the software development life cycle
- Four or more years of solid experience working with and coaching scrum teams
- A track record of applying Scrum / Agile methodologies at enterprise scale
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, along with strong facilitation and collaboration skills
- A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or another relevant discipline
- Certification in Agile methodologies (PMI-ACP. CSM, CSP, SA, SASM or equivalent) is preferred
