Andy Frain Services, a leader in tailored security solutions, is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Regional Manager to oversee security operations in the aviation and events sectors. This position is pivotal in ensuring that all security services are performed to the highest standards and that our client’s unique needs are met. The Regional Manager will be responsible for managing multiple site operations, coordinating with clients to design security plans, and leading a team of security professionals. This role requires a keen understanding of the complexities associated with security management and an unwavering dedication to improving service delivery. Lead and manage security operations across multiple sites ensuring high standards and compliance with all regulations Develop, implement, and review security policies and procedures tailored to client needs Manage client relationships, including regular communication and handling of any issues that arise Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary Oversee training and development of security staff to ensure excellent performance standards Prepare and control operational budgets related to security operations Report writing and presenting findings and progress to senior management Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent problem-solving capabilities Proven ability to develop and implement security policies In-depth knowledge of security protocols and procedures Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to operate security technologies and software Certified Protection Professional (CPP) preferred Security management certifications First Aid and CPR certified
