Full-Time | Day & Night Shifts Available We are seeking experienced
L2 and L3 Data Center Technicians to support large-scale GPU,
server, and network operations within an enterprise data center
environment. These roles require strong hands-on technical ability,
excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work
efficiently in high?demand environments. Available Roles L3 Data
Center Technician 3 years of hands?on data center experience Strong
experience with break/fix, deployments, and troubleshooting
Familiarity with GPU deployments preferred L2 Data Center
Technician 2 years of data center or related IT hardware experience
Strong foundational skills in hardware installation, cabling, and
basic troubleshooting Shift Options A-Side Days: Sun, Mon, Tue
every other Wed (6am–6pm) A-Side Nights: Same days (6pm–6am) B-Side
Days: Thu, Fri, Sat every other Wed (6am–6pm) B-Side Nights: Same
days (6pm–6am) Job Summary L2 and L3 Technicians will support GPU,
server, network, and cabling break?fix , along with ITSM ticket
management , rack deployments, and cabling infrastructure work.
These roles involve installing hardware, troubleshooting issues,
performing rack-and-stack activities, and supporting network and
systems admins with onsite tasks. Candidates should have experience
working in a professional data center environment with hardware
installation, cabling standards, and fiber/copper handling. Key
Responsibilities Deployment & Hardware Tasks Move, rack, and
install servers, switches, and related components Cable equipment
according to provided wire maps and site standards Assist with
unboxing, prepping, auditing, and documenting hardware Install
NICs, memory, optical modules, drives, and GPU components Perform
firmware updates and basic device configuration Provide hardware
support for network admins and system engineers Break/Fix &
Troubleshooting Diagnose and isolate hardware failures (servers,
GPUs, cabling, optics) Replace failed components and process RMAs
Test equipment after repair to confirm operational readiness
Perform GPU installation and basic GPU troubleshooting (L3
emphasis) Cabling & Infrastructure Install, test, and label copper
and fiber cabling (SM, MM, MPO) Patch fiber and Ethernet cables
Scope and clean SC/LC/MPO fibers Install SFP/QSFP optics Support
rack landing: baying, leveling, grounding, cable containment
Operations & Documentation Manage and update ITSM tickets Provide
daily progress updates and documentation Follow data center safety
procedures and operational standards Support multiple tasks and
priorities across the data center floor Requirements L3 Technician
3 years of data center technician experience Strong troubleshooting
and break/fix capability Experience with GPU deployments preferred
Experience with rack landing and infrastructure installs L2
Technician 2 years of data center or related IT hardware experience
Strong foundational skills in cabling, racking/stacking, and
hardware installs Both Levels Experience with copper and fiber
cabling Familiarity with optical modules (SFP/QSFP) Ability to work
with DC power and data center hardware safely Strong communication
and documentation skills Ability to lift, move, and install data
center equipment Willingness to work 12?hour shifts Ability to
travel as needed Preferred Skills GPU deployment experience (L3
highly preferred) ITSM/ticketing systems Experience in
enterprise-scale data center environments MPipe26 Job Type &
Location This is a Contract position based out of Mount Pleasant,
WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $33.00 -
$49.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may
depend on your job classification and length of employment.
