Job Description:

technologies, we are seeking an experienced User Support Analyst to
join our IT team. This role is pivotal in enhancing user
satisfaction by providing thoughtful and timely resolutions to
technical issues. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic
environment, committing to drive building efficiency and security
using innovative solutions. As a User Support Analyst, you will
support internal systems, troubleshoot user issues, and ensure all
staff can interact seamlessly with our technology, echoing our
dedication to innovation and customer satisfaction. Provide first
and second-level support for internal software and hardware,
ensuring timely resolution of issues. Assist with the setup,
maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT systems including
workstations, software applications, and basic network issues.
Educate and train users on IT systems and policies, improving user
engagement and compliance. Document all user interactions and
solutions in service management software, ensuring a clear record
for future referencing. Collaborate with IT project teams to assist
in the implementation and testing of new technology deployments.
Monitor systems for irregularities or outages and report findings
to the relevant IT team. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the
latest IT trends and technologies joinable to our business
objectives. Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware,
software, and networking systems. Excellent problem-solving skills
and ability to think analytically. Proficient in Microsoft Office
Suite, network administration, and troubleshooting. Ability to
handle stressful situations and provide a high level of customer
service in a fast-paced environment. Great communicator, both
verbal and written, with attention to detail. CompTIA A
certification Microsoft Certified: Windows 10
