Johnson Controls is seeking a highly strategic and dynamic Global Customer Operations Director to join our Data Center Solutions team within the Information Technology sector. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence and enhancing customer satisfaction across our global data center portfolio. The successful candidate will lead initiatives to optimize service delivery, ensuring alignment with Johnson Controls' commitment to innovation, sustainability, and security in smart building technologies. Oversee the global operations for data center solutions, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and operational standards. Lead cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability. Develop and implement strategies for operational management and development to meet both short and long-term company goals. Collaborate with other leaders within the company to integrate data center solutions with broader corporate strategies and initiatives. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure high levels of service and operational excellence. Manage budgets, forecasts, and reports on global operations while implementing cost-saving initiatives. Direct customer engagement strategies to build strong relationships and enhance service delivery. Proven management and leadership skills Strong understanding of data center operations and infrastructure Experience in strategic planning and execution Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems Ability to lead and manage teams effectively across different geographical locations Proficiency with ITSM tools and Microsoft Office Suite Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent ITIL Certification Certified Data Centre Management Professional (CDCMP) is a plus
