Ten company-paid holidays per year About the Role The Director,
Data Analytics ACO is a part of SLTCM ACO and is responsible for
database and analytic integrity for the Sound Long Term Care
Management (SLTCM) ACOs and Telemedicine. The Director, Data
Analytics ACO analyzes and interprets data on operational
performance and creates reports and benchmarks to provide in-depth
data analytics to support the SLTCM strategic objectives. The
Director, Data Analytics ACO leads and manages a team of Data
Analysts, assigning analytic projects, collaborating with health
systems, clinicians, internal departments, and third-party vendors.
The Director, Data Analytics ACO assists Sound IT in developing and
maintaining the data and analytics ecosystem. This is a hands-on,
tactical role implementing strategic objectives. The Details: This
is a remote opportunity. Monday-Friday. Essential Duties and
Responsibilities • Manage daily operations of the data and
analytics team including project tracking and delegating tasks to
Data Analysts focused on complex data gathering and analytic
projects • Partner with Sound IT to develop and maintain an
enterprise data solution and analytic platform • Validate and
maintain the integrity of ACO and Telemedicine data • Initiate,
coordinate, and provide expertise in analytic projects through
collaboration with stakeholders • Analyze, interpret, and
understand data to support business cases focusing on operational
performance with quality and performance metrics • Partner with
third party vendors to load and collect data from various data
sources • Generate timely reports using internal tools and
third-party software to provide statistical evidence and
performance tracking • BA/BS degree in related field • Advanced
knowledge of Microsoft Excel • Intermediate knowledge of Azure
cloud (SQL, Python, PySparq, DataBricks, Synapse, Lake Houses,
Power BI) • Knowledge of CMS Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP)
ACO program is preferred • Ability to analyze data, consciously
recognize any errors present, and develop executive summaries based
on interpretive findings • Advanced reasoning to define problems,
collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and design,
implement and manage appropriate resolutions • Demonstrated ability

Skills and Abilities • Excellent written and oral communication
skills • Strong quantitative analysis (including statistical
analysis), root cause analysis, logical structuring, and business
case development skills • Experience working with CMS Claim and
Claim Line Feed (CCLF) data to develop measures • Knowledge of MSSP
ACOs and value-based performance programs • Experience stitching
together data from disparate sources • Experience with Master Data
Management and product documentation • Experience with cloud
platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data stacks. •
Experience designing scalable analytic solutions with re-usable
code • Proven ability to train and lead staff and positively
influence peers across the organization Education and Experience •
Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in a quantitative field preferred
(e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering) • 7-9 years of
experience in healthcare data and analytics with 1-3 years in a
leadership role Salary Range This position offers an annual salary
range of $130,000 - $150,000, plus bonus opportunity. Exact salary
will depend on the candidate’s experience, education and geographic
