GRAND PRAIRIE SERVICES Job Description Human Resources Recruiter
and Trainer Grand Prairie Services is a community based behavioral
healthcare provider with over 70 years of experience providing
mental health services for the children, adolescents, adults and
seniors living in Bloom, Bremen, Rich and Thornton townships. We
are currently seeking candidates for the Human Resources Recruiter
and Trainer. the right candidate will Manage the recruitment and
staffing process/training process to include: manages and direct
staff development activities; organizes and provides training for
the organization. Monitors the quality of training provided in the
organization to ensure the delivery of quality, cost effective
services in accordance with the corporation---s mission statement.
QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must
be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The

essential functions. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor---s
degree (B.A. /B.S.) from four year college or university; or four
years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination
of education and experience. Must have strong people skills and the
ability to synthesize information quickly and efficiently. Must be
able to type 30-35 words per minute and have proficient computer
skills in (Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher and Microsoft
Outlook). LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read, analyze and interpret
general business periodicals, professional journals, technical
procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports,
business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to
effectively present information and respond to questions from
groups of managers, clients and the general public. MATHEMATICAL
SKILLS Ability to add, subtracts, multiply and divide in all units
of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and
interpret bar graphs. REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply common
sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written,
oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving
several concrete variables in standardized situations.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS CPR/First Aid Certification.
