What will you be doing: Greet guests and explain specials & promotions. Record and input guest orders into the Point of Sale system. Retrieve, confirm, and deliver orders with condiments; follow liquor regulations. Replenish beverages and ensure overall guest satisfaction. Collect payment, thank guests, and invite them to return. Complete side work and cleaning tasks including restocking and replenishing condiments. Maintain self-banking procedures. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager. What do you bring to the role: Prior food, beverage, cash handling and hospitality experience preferred. Innate desire to serve and ability to maintain service and departmental standards. Basic knowledge of food & beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette. Learn table settings, service ware, and menu items. Proficient in English for menu comprehension, recording orders, and guest communication. Recall and promote menu items. Maintain professional demeanor and clean uniform. What’s in it for you?
