The Role:
Responsible for cleaning, landscaping, minor repairs, and overall
daily upkeep of the venue. This includes cleaning inside and
outside the venue and ensuring a clean and safe environment.
Job Functions:
* Keep the venue safe and clean at all time, including by not
limited to: clean and disinfect all fixtures, floors, mirrors,
doors and walls of restrooms, keep all guest facing area free of
trash, restock restroom paper materials and hygiene products as
needed.
* Assist with venue projects, including but not limited to:
painting, pressure washing, fire hosing/washing of the venue,
mowing, trimming and weed clean up.
* Keep work areas neat and orderly, clean equipment and assist with
other cleaning duties as assigned.
* Perform a variety of minor plumbing maintenance and carpentry
functions.
* Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly
work areas.
* Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.
* Position requires you to be able to work during all weather
conditions since this is an outdoor venue.
Qualifications:
* Must be at least 18 years of age.
* Previous cleaning or maintenance experience a plus, but not
required.
* Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.
