Physician Assistant (Primary Care) - South Bend, IN
Shift Schedule:
Mon/Wed - 8 AM - 5 PM
Tue/Thu - 8 AM - 5:30 PM
Fri - 8 AM - 3 PM

No-On call, Evening, Night & Holidays
Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive physical examinations and patient assessments
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions in collaboration with supervising physicians
Develop and implement treatment plans
Provide patient education on preventive care, medications, and basic nutrition
Participate in clinic meetings and quality improvement initiatives
Maintain compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
Required Qualifications:
Physician Assistant certification (NCCPA)
Active Indiana license or ability to obtain prior to start
Current or eligible DEA licensure / prescriptive authority
Minimum 2 years of NP/PA experience in primary care
BLS certification
Spanish proficiency preferred, not required
Compensation & Benefits:
$20,000 reward and retention bonus (paid in allotments)
$2,500 CME allowance plus 5 CME days
