interventional and heart failure programs, state’s first and most

Cardiology clinical practice opportunity - Join 7 Advanced Heart
Failure & Transplant Cardiologists and 4 experienced Cardiac
Surgeons - Outreach clinic ‘approximately’ one day per week -
Proficiency in Cath lab procedures, including invasive hemodynamic
assessments, myocardial biopsies, diagnostic coronary angiograms
(optional), urgent temporary MCS devices (optional) and PA pressure
sensor implants (optional) - On-call for AHFT team only - Encourage
participation in medical education of general cardiology & AHFT
fellows and internal medicine residents and medical students, and
regional CV conferences hosted by Advocate Health - Participation
in ongoing advanced HF, transplant, MCS & PAH research - EPIC EMR -

all patients - Salary Range: $559,301 plus up to $50K annual
incentive bonus - Sign-on bonus Training and/or Experience Required
- B/E or B/C in cardiovascular disease - B/E or B/C in advanced
heart failure and transplant - Successful completion of a
fellowship program in advanced heart failure and transplant
