Lafayette 3920 Building 3920 St. Francis Way Lafayette, Indiana 47905 WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Endocrinologist to meet the growing demand for Diabetes and Endocrinology services at FPN Diabetes & Endocrinology Specialists Lafayette located in Lafayette, Indiana. WHAT WE NEED: Ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills with a desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients. Physician will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT: - Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. - Average outpatient volume: 12 – 15 patients per day - Average inpatient consults: 0 – 4 consults per week - Shared call expectation - Extensive resources including onsite Clinical Diabetes Educators - Potential outreach to surrounding locations - Common Diagnoses: - Type I Diabetes - Type II Diabetes - Insulin pumps - Continuous Glucose Monitoring - Primary Hyperparathyroidism - Hyperthyroidism, Hypothyroidism - Thyroid nodules and thyroid cancer - Hypogonadism - Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome - Pituitary-Adrenal Disorders WHO WE ARE: Franciscan Health is a non-profit health care ministry with primary and specialty care physician groups located throughout Indiana and Illinois.
