Doctor of Medicine | Otolaryngology Location: Normal, IL Employer: Curative Pay: $500,000 to $700,000 per year Start Date: ASAP About the Position Otolaryngology (ENT) Opportunity - Bloomington-Normal, Illinois Join a thriving, referral-rich ENT practice offering strong surgical volume, subspecialty opportunities, and established long-term succession planning. With a six-week new patient waitlist and access to in-house procedural suites, this position provides a highly supported clinical and operative environment. Practice Overview Collaborate with two full-time ENT physicians and a part-time neurotologist Standalone clinic with 6 exam rooms and 2 procedure rooms on each side High-volume practice with new patient wait times currently 6 weeks out Strong referral base supporting consistent clinical and surgical volume Schedule Balanced mix of 2-3 days of clinic and 1-2 days in the OR Shared call of 1 week at a time, totaling 6-12 weeks annually Call may include facial trauma but is limited to a non-trauma hospital setting Dedicated support staff including 2 RNs, CMA, surgery coordinator, and 2 audiologists Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary structure with potential for procedural bonuses Full benefits package including malpractice, CME, and 401(k) Signing bonus and relocation assistance available Ability to advance 25% of 2 year guarantee to help with down payment, student loans, etc. Paid time off and dedicated CME days Candidate Requirements Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology Fellowship training welcomed but not required Strong surgical skills and ability to manage general ENT cases Team-oriented mindset essential given noted group dynamics Community & Location Highlights Bloomington-Normal is a growing central Illinois city with excellent schools and proximity to Chicago Local economy boosted by major industrial expansion Housing market is tight; relocation support and local connections provided Accessible airport and regional transit for ease of travel Contact us today to explore how this opportunity can align with your practice and personal priorities.
