Job Description:
Overview The Medical Assistant maintains department patient care
supplies, ensures timely flow of patients, and assists physicians
and nurses to provide optimal care to patients and families.
Qualifications Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30
days - American Heart Association (AHA)American Heart Association
(AHA), Education: H.S. Diploma/GED (Required), Work Experience:
Responsibilities Perform a variety of routine direct patient care
duties to assist medical and nursing staff in the examination and
treatment of patients. Maintains patient care environment and
supplies to ensure patient privacy and safety. Intake process:
Height, Weight, BP, Resp. Rate, Pulse, Pain, Medication Review
Clean Stock Rooms Order Supplies Maintain flow of patient /
provider schedule Provide support to nursing staff. Maintain par
level of supplies in exam rooms. Maintain Expiration Log of
supplies and medications. Perform EKG's Perform Spirometry About Us

The compensation range for this position is $17.12per hour -
$27.73per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum
range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The
actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a
variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s
experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts
