Position Highlights: Flexible scheduling options to fit your lifestyle — all availabilities welcome Supportive, team-based environment with excellent nursing and administrative support Smooth and efficient onboarding and interview process Key Responsibilities: Provide inpatient care for adult medical patients in an acute or post-acute setting Perform admissions, daily rounds, and discharges Coordinate with nursing, case management, specialists, and families to optimize patient outcomes Accurately document all patient encounters in the EMR Participate in quality and performance improvement initiatives Qualifications: MD or DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Active Indiana medical license (or eligibility to obtain) Prior hospitalist or inpatient experience preferred Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills Compensation & Schedule: Competitive hourly rate: $200 – $250/hr Flexible scheduling with shift length options Both full-time and part-time candidates encouraged to apply
