Job Description:
Hourly Pay Range: $36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered
is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience,
among other factors. SIGN ON BONUS: $15,000 ? Experience: . 2 years
of NICU experience required to be eligible for the sign-on bonus.
New hires must have a minimum of two years of Neonatal Intensive
Care Unit (NICU) experience. Additionally, candidates must either
be currently employed in a NICU or have NICU experience within the
past three years. Position: Registered Nurse ? Infant Special Care
Unit Location: Evanston, IL Full Time/Part Time: Full time, 36
hours per week Hours: 1900-0730, with weekend rotation Float: when
needed What you will do: Independently provide safe, effective, and
compassionate nursing care in the ISCU Utilize the nursing process
in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care
Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in
delivering interdisciplinary patient care Communicate and
collaborate with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal
patient outcomes and continuity of care Positively contributing to
safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience What
you will need: Education: Graduate of a NLN accredited school of
nursing required; BSN strongly preferred Certification: BLS/CPR
certification for the Healthcare Provider required (from AHA)
License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL
required Experience: 1 year of acute care nursing experience or 1
year MCH experience preferred Unique or Preferred Skills: NICU/ISCU
