Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. An elementary
school in Palatine, IL, is seeking a Licensed Occupational
Therapist to join their team for the 2025/2026 school year. This
contract position offers part-time hours, providing an excellent
opportunity to support student development in a school setting. Key
Responsibilities: Deliver occupational therapy services directly to
elementary school students Collaborate with educators and support
staff to develop and implement individualized education plans
(IEPs) Monitor and document student progress and adjust therapy
plans as needed Participate in team meetings, including IEP
meetings, to discuss student needs and outcomes Maintain compliance
with state regulations and school policies Qualifications: Licensed
Occupational Therapist in the state of Illinois (mandatory)
Experience working as an occupational therapist in school settings
preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to
work independently while contributing to a multidisciplinary team
Position Details: Start Date: 2025/2026 school year Schedule: 19.5
hours per week (6.5 hours per day), Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
Working Hours: 8:15 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. Location: Elementary school
in Palatine, IL Employment Type: Contract This role offers a
