Were seeking an experienced, energetic, and collaborative provider who is passionate about caring for patients of all ages across our four locations: Joliet, Shorewood, Ekids, and Plainfield. Qualifications: - Valid certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) - Master's degree in nursing - Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) - Minimum of 2 years of experience as an FNP; preferably in the urgent care setting - Strong clinical skills in hospital, primary care, ER, Urgent Care and/or pediatric settings - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Skills include: - Suturing, IV starts, Ordering X-rays, basic orthopedic treatments, EKG interpretation, caring for patients of all ages with a wide variety of illness and injuries - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-based healthcare environment We offer competitive compensation packages, including benefits such as: - Health insurance coverage (medical, dental, and vision) - Retirement savings plan - Paid time off and holiday pay - Continuing education opportunities for professional development Job Type: Full-time Salary: From $65.00 per hour based on experience Expected hours: 36 per week Medical specialties: Urgent Care Supplemental pay types: Bonus opportunities Differential pay Supplemental schedule: Holidays Weekly schedule: 3x12 Rotating weekends (every other Saturday and Sunday) Either 7 AM-7 PM or 9 AM-9 PM in one of our four locations (Shorewood, Ekids, Joliet or Plainfield) Work setting: Clinic In-person Work Location: In person in one of our four locations (Shorewood, Ekids, Joliet or Plainfield)
