Talent4Health is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Chicago, Illinois. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit - Discipline: RN - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel - 2 years recent ICU (acute care) experience — Required - Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS — Required - Must be willing to float at facility discretion - Float between Different ICU units - May float to Med-Surg if needed. Skills Required: - Cardiac monitoring & emergency response - Dysrhythmia interpretation and management - Care of patients with multisystem organ failure Lines & IV Therapy: - IV therapy - Arterial line management - Central line care Medications & Drips: - Continuous IV sedation - Titration of cardiac drips - Titration of vasoactive drips/IV vasopressors Respiratory Care: - BiPAP/CPAP management - Ventilator care & management - ABG interpretation - Airway suctioning (ETT, NT) Additional Skills: - Isolation precautions & PPE - Computerized documentation 2 years recent ICU (acute care) experience — Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS — Required Must be willing to float at facility discretion Float between Different ICU units May float to Med-Surg if needed.
