*Job Details:** Seeking an Associate Dentist for a wonderful DSO, located south of Chicago, IL* 6 month daily with 32% collections, plus Sign On Bonus!* Mon-Fri working with an Associate Dentist* Ability to do General Dentistry and much more!* Need Experienced Dentist*Duties** Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to determine patient needs.* Execute a range of dental procedures including but not limited to prosthodontics, dental extractions, root canal therapy, and pediatric dentistry.* Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.* Utilize Dentrix software for efficient patient record management and scheduling.* Implement aseptic techniques to ensure the highest standards of infection control.* Provide exceptional patient care by addressing concerns, educating patients on oral health, and developing treatment plans tailored to individual needs.* Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other staff members to ensure seamless patient experiences.* Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuous education and training.*Requirements** Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.* Valid dental license in the state of practice.* Proficiency in various dental procedures including prosthodontics, root canal therapy, and pediatric dentistry is preferred.* Strong understanding of patient assessment techniques and treatment planning.* Familiarity with Dentrix or similar dental office management software is advantageous.* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.* Commitment to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for patients and staff alike.* Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating independence in clinical decision-making.Job Type: Full-timePay: $180,000.00 - $256,329.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Vision insuranceSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:* Monthly bonus* Signing bonusAbility to Commute:* Homewood, IL 60430 (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Homewood, IL 60430: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In personby Jobble
