Job Description:
A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Care Advocate (Case
Management) - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate member education and involvement of caregivers in
interventions
Provide advocacy and support to members and their families,
ensuring access to treatment resources
Conduct condition-specific research to meet member needs and
maintain clinical records
Required Qualifications
Licensed Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or
Marriage and Family Counseling; or Licensed Ph.D, OR a Registered
Nurse with 2+ years of behavioral health experience
Active, unrestricted, independent license in the state of
residence
2+ years of post-licensure experience in a related mental health
environment
1+ years of case management experience
Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite including Word, Teams,
and Excel
