Manager - System Integrator & IT Distribution

As--Panduit's SI Partner Channel Account Manager, reporting to leadership within the Network Infrastructure (NI), your primary responsibility will be to recruit, onboard, enable, and manage relationships within Panduit System Integrators--in line with Panduit---s corporate strategy to generate awareness of our Network Infrastructure solutions and subsequent revenue goals.--You will educate the System Integrators to best leverage our products, solutions and programs so they can effectively secure preference for our products and solutions with their customers and prospects. You will be responsible for leading all aspects of your assigned partnerships including profitability, growth, sales, and logistics, marketing and planning. As such, it is essential--that you bring a successful track record of developing executive relationships with Systems Integrators and--Distribution partnership throughout North America at the highest level.   • Master---s degree preferred
  • Proven track record of managing a direct team
  • 8-10 years of channel commercial experience in a business-to-business environment
  • Strong business acumen
  • Knowledge of the market, the competitors and our technology
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM and forecasting-- -- -- -- ----

You will be part of a strategic initiative within the sales team of the Network Infrastructure Business Unit, where your--driven and self-starting personality will allow you to develop and manage relationships with Systems Integrators and channel partners. You be will based out of your home office and within commuting distance to a major U.S. airport.You'll join a strong team, creating and growing business relationships to develop, educate and execute strategic plans through our channel partners.--You will drive market share growth, displace competitive products, and improve--our profitability with existing and future Panduit channel partners. --This is a crucial,--high-visibility role in which your intimate knowledge of channel account management, business development, and relationships in the System Integrator and IT channel--space will allow you to produce significant results.--
