OverviewFleishmanHillard is a global integrated communications

biggest brands. We have an immediate opening for a Vice President
of Resource Management to join our TRUE Global Intelligence
practice in the U.S. Location is flexible and this is a hybrid role
based in one of our local offices. FleishmanHillard's TRUE Global
Intelligence practice serves as a strategic enabler to the broader
organization by harnessing research and data-driven insights to
achieve client business objectives. Our work within TRUE Global
Intelligence integrates measurement, primary research and secondary
research methods with advanced data analytics and strategic

happen. Are you ready to join the team? -The Vice President of
Resource Management will lead a strategic, business-critical
discipline that is a core element of our ability to re-organize our
business. Centralizing resourcing will drive both a cultural shift
of accountability and a business shift of visibility related to
capacity, utilization and open staffing needs. This role serves as
executive sponsor for resource planning and allocation tools and
platforms to allow for transparency and effective deployment of
talent. This individual will need to understand the complexity of
how our work gets done, gain a deep understanding of our talent
capabilities and career goals, and have excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. This role will serve a critical role in the
TGI leadership team and help build and manage additional processes
that move us toward our overarching business goals.
