operations, and customers and outside salesWhat We Are Looking
ForThe Customer Fulfillment Manager deals with a mix of day-to-day
execution of open orders and inventory positioning along with
longer term Customer Demand Planning. The role is required to
receive information from sales and put together a fulfillment
strategy based on Supply chain knowledge and risk analysis.They
will run risk assessment of trade off decisions including inventory
investments, costs, freight, order/product prioritization, and
material/production substitutions to balance short term project
margins with long-term customer relationships. The Customer
Fulfillment Manager will manage and coordinate multiple customer
accounts and/or multiple project-based orders across global
sourcing, manufacturing, and warehousing sites. These projects may
be global customers and/or local theater-based projects.What You
Will Do
- Translate Customer requirements into End 2 End SC End solutions
to ensure a cost-effective execution per SLA's and specific project
requirements
- Collaborate across functional departments utilizing the
CPOF/PPM process to meet customer specifications
- Resolve obstacles to achieve short-term and long-term business
objectives including risk assessment and mitigation
- Project oversight to ensure execution to customer
specifications
- Be the primary contact for business unit leaders and customer
experience to align and manage the GSC commitments, schedule
changes, challenges to ensure consistency, accuracy, and timely
communications of customer orders, quality, service, etc.
- Maintain accurate project and account data into the systems of
record
- Utilize the CPOF/PPM, Appian, Oracle, and other systems to
manage, document, and report on project status, results, and
metrics
- Monitor and approve any specific project investments
(inventory, freight, costs) to ensure the execution of the project
is balanced with risk mitigation activities and business
objectives
- Report on key project metrics, including creating reports,
ensuring consistency in data, and utilizing tools and systemWhat
You Will Bring
- Required Degree: B.S. Degree preferred, or equivalent
experience working in a relevant role
- A minimum of 5-7 years' experience in a supply chain and/or
manufacturing role, with exposure to business processes that
include production, demand and supply planning, sourcing, inventory
management, logistics, and project management
- Experience working directly with one of the major ERP
platforms; Oracle experience would be a strong plus
- Proficient experience working with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
required
- Experience managing global/local projects including change
management efforts, building relationships, and effectively
communicating to all levels within an organization
- Knowledge of quality and continuous improvement methodologies,
preferably using Lean tools/Six Sigma
- Experience working in an organization with matrix reporting
models
- Up to 10% travel as needed, some travel may be internationalWe
