ForThe Associate Business Development Manager is responsible for
in-depth vertical market research, detailed voice of customer work,
and the resulting new product proposals and business plans for the
Panduit Electrical products portfolio. Specific laneways of
development for these new products include Industrial Safety,
Offsite Construction, Charging Infrastructure, along with the
investigation of new markets. To create those initiatives, this
position works closely with the Panduit Sales Teams, our
Distribution Partners, Engineering, Product Managers, and fellow
Business Development Managers to accelerate short and long-term
global growth.What You Will Do
- Develop voice of customer projects with targeted end users and
key opinion leaders
- Perform competitive analysis: review, gather, and analyze
competitor information and provide insights accordingly
- Propose products and advocate solutions
- Position the new offerings based on target market and
associated value propositions
- Execute the go to market plan
- Contribute, deliver, and message the strategy
cross-functionally across the organization with Sales, Engineering,
Product Management, and Finance
- Work directly with Sales and Marketing leadership and teams on
objectives, metrics, and launch plansWhat You Will Bring
- Undergraduate degree in technical or business field
preferred
- 2-4 years' experience in a business development role
- Strong product, sales, or new product development
background
- Strong communication skills
- Work well under pressure
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationshipsWe thank
