• The opportunity to manage programs in an innovative, growth minded product teamWhat We Are Looking ForThe Program Manager assists in the planning and manages the execution of programs and related projects in accordance with the company's strategic objectives. They manage programs from conception to launch including kickoff, charter, schedule, budget, and risks. Programs supported will involve new product development from ideation to market launch as well as those focused on commercial global growth opportunities, cross-functional process improvements, and critical process improvements.What You Will Do
  • Manage the successful planning, execution, and finalizing of assigned programs and related projects of moderate complexity
  • Develop and maintain detailed program plans, budgets, and schedules to continually monitor program progress vs. plan
  • Lead & facilitate team meetings on a regular basis
  • Create reports and communication tools to ensure leadership team, program members, and all affected by the program outcomes, are up to date on progress and deliverables
  • Serve as the point of contact to conduct periodic briefings, ensure program quality and compliance, and escalate decisions and issues to executive sponsors, steering committee, leadership team, or other relevant parties
  • Recommend corrective action to improve efficiencies and effectiveness
  • Comply with and help enforce standard policies and procedures
  • Track the program improvements and implement changes with team members as needed
  • Work with company-wide project resources to continuously improve processes for value and impact
  • Educate others on proper use and expectations of project management tools within assigned programsWhat You Will Bring
    • Required Degree: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or Project Management; or related field
    • Preferred Degree: MBA or Master's degree in Program Management
    • Required Certification(s): Project Management Institute (PMI), Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma or similar certification.
    • Years of Experience: 5-7 years
