Our National IT Services department supports every part of our
organization from Finance and Project Management to Logistics,
Operations, Warehouse and more. Our team of IT managers, analysts,
specialists and service desk technicians drive innovation and lend
their expertise to our people across the entire company, building

In this role as an IT Manager, you will lead a team that supports
the technology needs of our internal business partners in
eCommerce, Marketing and Customer Service. This position oversees
responsibility for the applications that enable ALDIs website and
mobile app, eCommerce platform, Digital Marketing solutions, and
Customer Relationship Management solution. The ideal candidate will
be a great communicator who appreciates the responsibility of
managing technical staff, supports critical thinking, and embraces
employee development. Experience deploying and supporting
enterprise eCommerce and Marketing solutions would aid in the
success of the candidate. The IT Manager will need to be a champion
of new solutions to support change management while acting as a
liaison between IT and business teams. ALDI empowers employees to

This role is eligible to participate in ALDIs Hybrid Work Program,

Duties and Responsibilities:

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree or a combination of education and experience

Or, relevant ALDI business experience with an exceptional level of
Multiple years of experience supporting and delivering eCommerce,
enterprise-wide application solutions.
Experience with Adobe and/or Salesforce applications strongly
Experience implementing and operating omnichannel eCommerce
solutions strongly preferred.
Experience with Agile development and release management
Work is performed in an office environment where a computer,
telephone and other office equipment are used as needed to perform
